The Forum
A growing network of skilled musicians who share the same interests, joining from Oxford, Copenhagen and other places across Europe, now forms the Hanke Forum.
Through collaboration with Saïd Business School and the Copenhagen tradition of organisational philosophy, the Hanke concepts have developed, fully matured and become closely linked to academic research.
We believe that the lifelong discipline, dedication and sensitivity of musicians offer a powerful mirror for leadership – combining the virtues of music-making with philosophy and experiential learning to inspire deeper reflection, purpose and conviction.
Founded by Peter Hanke
Over two decades, Hanke Music & Leadership has delivered specialised concepts for executive education and leadership development based on workshops with classical music. Drawing on Peter’s research into experiential learning and philosophical dialogue techniques, we bring a range of services to executive education, business schools and corporate academies.
